UFC - International Center of Excellence Development
Objective
To develop UFC’s Global Campus Headquarters to support its growth and present its brand in a manner that represents its Global Sports position. The new home will provide a cutting edge base for its international operation to lead and innovate the UFC.

Solution
Collaborating with the UFC, Proleisure has helped define the vision, strategy and requirements along with the operations and athlete management systems of the UFC International Centre of Excellence. This is achieved through detailed understanding of the UFC’s objectives, athlete requirements and the spatial and functional modelling of the UFC’s specific needs and ambitions.

Result
The International Centre of Excellence will be a high performance sport science facility which supports the athletes and coaches to perform better by adopting an evidence based scientific approach to performance, sports science and medicine, rehabilitation and recovery.

City Football Group - New York City FC HQ & Training Facility
Objective
To design and develop a high performance training centre for New York City Football Club, and a new headquarters to accommodate its expanding team.

Solution
Leading on both projects, Proleisure worked with NYCFC to define the performance, functional and operational requirements, manage the site acquisition and oversee the construction. The training centre comprises a physiotherapy suite, hydrotherapy area, medical and treatment rooms, office space and an outdoor pitch. We relocated the operational staff from their existing ‘not fit for purpose’ headquarters, to a new space which is double the capacity in an environment designed with improved efficiency.

Result
NYCFC’s first professional training centre, delivering elite facilities in preparation for its first season in the Major League Soccer league. The new headquarters provide an exciting new professional ‘home’ for the operational staff, in a facility that caters to organisation and community needs for many years to come.
